I cant find icon for "reply all", "junk", line spacing, & others to add to email toolbars from contents of box that pops up when you want to add icons under "customize", also Junk mail folder is not shown anywhere.

TB is 'smart'. If you have a message that was originally sent 'To: ' many addresses, TB will unhide the 'Reply All' button on the Message Pane menu. Otherwise you will have to use "Message - Reply to All'.

The message pane menu has its own 'Customize...' settings. Right-click just to the left of the 1st button, ('Reply' on my setup.)
