I have a client who claims our site doesn't work in a specific way on EU firefox Windows 8.1. We can't reproduce the problem here in the US and I don't seem to be able to find a way to replicate the environment he's using. Is there a way for me to test on the EU version?

There is not a specific version for the EU, but there are localised versions in many different languages. You can download the release version for these from here.
