I was forced to update Firefox, no clue why, and several items disappeared. I am not proficient enough to solve any of these problems without a handhold telephone person. Is there a phone number to call where I can talk to someone?

Sorry, Mozilla doesn't have the resources to provide one-on-one support via telephone. As with most open source software Mozilla provides a support forum where Firefox users help other Firefox users.

What version did Firefox update from? Which "items" disappeared? If you have any add-ons / extensions installed are they enabled?
