Why is my Quick Text empty after updating to Tbird 45?

After updating to Thunderbird 45 the Quicktext add on is empty of all the text templates I had put in for common responses. Are these retrievable from somewhere? Or do I have to replicate them?

This problem has gone away after I rebooted Thunderbird again.
