HOW TO IMPORT E-MAIL ADDRESSES FROM OUTLOOK EXPRESS
When I use export function for e-mail addresses on Outlook Express (using Windows XP) on my old computer, the file is in .wab format. How do I import this list effectively into Thunderbird on my new Windows 10 computer.

In addressbook / tools/ import select to import only addressbook from outlook express.
if that doesnt work try to export as a .csv or as single vcard (.vcf)
