Cannot acces my Synced tabs on my android device nor sync said device without going throug setting every time.

In all the videos, the synced tabs are accesible easily; when opening a new tab you can choose between new tab, new private tab or synchronised tab. I can only choose between the first two.

Also There is no way to sync my device without going into the settings every time. It feels really clunky. Is something wrong on my side or is that something you are working on.

The video you saw was an older design. Synced tabs are in the History view now.

Sync should poll the server for new data every 10 min. Some android settings can change this such as restricting background data for the app or turning off Android's Accounts sync.
