How to repair webmail problem...Sent Folder stopped logging any outgoing emails from one of my webmail accounts?
My email was hacked into around 12/6/16 and my password was changed & I was locked out for 5 days. I am using 2 web mail email accounts & had both of these accounts using the same password. When I got back in I then gave my 2 accounts separate passwords. I discover at the end of Dec. that in my main account the default Sent Folder stopped logging any of my outgoing emails on 12/16/16 - my second email is working correctly - however I have not been able to repair my main account to go back to logging any of my Sent emails.
I am puzzled because I did find that when I send emails from my mobile phone from my main email account all the outgoing emails are still being logged into a folder that is part of the user controlled folder group that I named Sent Messages.

right click the account in the folder pane. Select settings In copies and folders select the appropriate folder to receive sent messages for the account. The default is sent, I am assuming it needs to be updated to "sent messages"
