After installation of Firefox 53 getting error The Procedure entry point PK11_PubDerive could not be located in the dynamic link library nss3.dll.

Have you updated to Firefox 54? Do you see the same error?
There have been many fixes and improvements in the new release so it could be worthwhile checking that first before we look into this any deeper.
