this is a new computer and I can't get on to face book this is the only site I am getting error on and I CAN get on from my note book and other devises?

I am getting error SSL_ERROR_ACCESS_DENIED_ALERT when I try to get on to Facebook on this new computer, no problem with any other site and I can get on from my other devises? tried to get in touch with Mozilla direct, NO LINKS so if you are reading this get your finger out? And provide advice and help to all your people and get this problem sorted or give me info on how I can?
