Malware scan caught a trojan on latest firefox update
Since the last update I'm having issues with slowing down and crashing. Both Malware scans and Ccleaner has noticed trojans on the last 2 updates.

Microsoft Security Essentials is a good permanent antivirus for Windows 7/Vista if you don't already have one. Windows 8/10 have antivirus protection built-in.
