MozillaZine.org site -- cannot login or re-register - not accepting my email provider?
login failed "forgot my password" failed re-registereing with another name failed It seems that they will not accept my email address AT opayq.com ::: "The e-mail address you entered is not allowed to be used." WTF? I registered a long time ago.

Your username on the independent forums.mozillazine.org site is VerizonSucks as it has a email 67b4007c at opayq

And... I cannot change the email to another AT that provider:

Your site is down. Maybe that is the reason.
My "site" ??? Huh ? "down"? Are you saying that email sent to opayq.com is ... what ?
