incoming mail shows in webmail, not inbox. Outgoing mail shows in search, not outbox. What's up?

Webmail shows emails that are not showing up in "inbox". Some outgoing messages dont appear in "sent" folder, but if I search the name of the recipient, it shows it as a sent message.

Any ideas?
