Where is the spam or junk folder?
I have been told a missing email may be going to my spam folder, but I cannot find such a folder. Where is it?

Thunderbird uses the word Junk. By default it marks what it thinks is Junk with a junk icon and places it in your inbox. You can configure Junk Controls to make a Junk folder but that is optional Most providers have a Spam folder. Go to your providers webmail site and log into your account there. Look for a Spam folder there.
