An email now shows wingdings rather than text. What did I do?

I had a normal email. Detached a file from it. Don't think I hit any random keys, but now it just shows wingdings. What did I do? Attachment fine - an Excel file. How do I get back to the normal text?

All my other emails are fine, so I think I inadvertently did something in this one....
