Can't receive emails from one person
I send emails to my son's email and he receives them. But, when he replys back, i don't get his emails.

If you log into your providers webmail site are the message there?
no they aren't
Then I am not sure what you want Thunderbird to do about it. Thunderbird is email client software running on your computer. It downloads or displays messages that are on your providers server. They have to get there first. Have you checked the Spam folder on the providers server?
