I am trying to build a web page using notepad in Windows 7 and saving as an .html Trying to view in Firefox I get the

“Some pictures have been blocked to help prevent the sender from identifying your computer.

Open this item to view the pictures” The text is showing up and the image is not I have followed the correct input coe and tried changing the / for \ and back but still no image The alt text is showing next to where the image should be

First would to get a program that helps you do web page building as notepad isn't made for such process but limit in what it can do. Also this is a Browser help not a web building forum. If you haven't done so would be a good time to get some books on web building to see how to do it as well.

Make sure you load the images via the same folder or a sub folder of the location where you stored this main HTML file (i.e. the root folder of this HTML file). If you use a absolute path or try to go back in the file path (file:/// or ..\) to load the images then this might fail.
