Firefox is already running, but is not responding. The old ... done every options but still there ,the worst browser of all time, frustrating..

Firefox is already running, but is not responding. The old Firefox process must be closed to open a new window.

Done every steps/options, but still there won't start up. Firefox used to be one of my 1# favorite browser, but now , one of the worst of all time, frustrating,headache, browser. I'm thinking to delete ones and for ever and replace with another browser.
