Given you are posting in the support forum, I guess I will have to doubt your assertion that there is no support. I would guess that if you are having install issues with the download and it is complaining about corruption you have issues with your anti virus. Someone else posted here today about Trend and corrupt downloads, but any anti virus that monitors download traffic is more than capable of messing with downloads. The installer is I guess telling you it is corrupt because what downloaded is actually failing the internal CRC integrity check that all self extracting executables have.
