No one two person has the problem even if the situation looked the same because each person computer and browser is configured differently. And if your computer crashed this situation commonly happens nothing is saved or history is saved or sessions is lost. So unless it's at a computer shop where they can watch and diagnosis the problem no will know what is going on as well. You should also check your settings to insure nothing was unchecked that causes it to no save your browser settings when closed as well.

Hey, thanks for responding. The thing is, my computer was functioning normally when this happened, so it feels more like a browser issue because that's the only thing computer-wise I've noticed that's not functioning properly. The other thing is that I did check my browser settings and everything was as it should be, but I do know hardware can affect things, so I'm not ruling either possibilities out. I'm going to keep digging, and consider going to a computer shop. I appreciate your advice!
