This article:https://support.mozilla.org/kb/install-firefox-linux. I want to install Firefox offline or use the deb package directly. My system is arm64.

I'm guessing this is using the Linux part of a ARM64 Chromebook?
The Firefox Release, Beta and ESR channel versions from mozilla.org are for Intel and AMD CPU's.
The Linux ARM64/AArch64 are only on the more unstable Nightly channel which gets checkins and updates twice a day. https://www.mozilla.org/firefox/all/desktop-nightly/

There are .deb builds of Firefox 128.7.0esr at https://packages.debian.org/sid/arm64/firefox-esr/download for example.
