I can not find where words for the spell check are located, i saved a miss spelled word and wish to remove it.

In a file named persdict.dat in your Profile folder. http://support.mozilla.com/en-us/kb/Profiles#How_to_find_your_profile

It's a text file that can be edited in a simple text program when Firefox is closed.
