Cannot save bookmarks, cannot find old bookmarks, cannot find profile. Tried knowledgebase. This version is turning out to be a piece of junk. Will move to Chrome if no answer soon

I cannot save bookmarks. Cannot find old bookmarks. Cannot create new folder for bookmarks. Cannot fins profile. I use Windows 7 64 bit. I do not get thi issue resolves ASAP I will judge this version to be a piece of junk and move to another browser. Not weilling to put up with garbage

The response I received is absolutely useless. I went to the Troubleshooting folder and opened the "Open Containing Folder" Then what? On my lap top, when I try to save bookmarks, the top line says "edit this bookmark." I do not want to edit the goddam bookmark!!! I want to save it!!@!
