There has been a lot of problems with images downloading. About half of the images don't load but don't have the broken image sign.

I have Firefox 3.6.13 and operating system Mac OS 10.6.6 and I will go on random sites, but the dropping of images happens most on www.etsy.com, and they are not broken images as I have tried the site on Safari.

You can also try "Reset all user preferences to Firefox defaults" on the Safe mode start window.

Start Firefox in Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode to check if one of the add-ons is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Tools > Add-ons > Themes).

  • Don't make any changes on the Safe mode start window.
