If I go to http://www.musicindiaonline.com - I see that there is no favicon displayed in the tab bar. However, if I bookmark this website on the bookmarks toolbar - the favicon is showed correctly.

It may be a problem with the website but firefox should be consistent at least, no?

Yes, I noticed that too. But for some strange reason, if you bookmark this site on the Bookmarks toolbar, it gets a favicon somehow. That's the inconsistency I was talking about.
