'Bookmark all tabs' - I don't find this command in FF4 but FF3.6 used to have it. Where is it?

There was a 'Bookmark all tabs' command in the bookmarks pull down in earlier versions of Firefox but it's not there in FF4. Could someone tell me where it is?

You can access bookmark all tabs by right-clicking on a tab, or use the keyboard shortcut Control+Shift+D
