Sorry, which web site is that? Some sites use very fancy features and it really matters whether you are using Firefox 3.6 or Firefox 4. But most sites check version numbers for no good reason and struggle to keep up with new releases.

If you have time, why not send them a message telling them you use Firefox 4 and so do millions of other people, so you suggest they get with the program. :-)
