When a website takes too long to load I push reload/refresh, but when I pushed it, it ruieds the site making all the pictures disappear and have all the words to pushed to the left and I can't do anything on the site, is there some way to undo this?

The times this happened was on facebook: there is no pictures, only words, but the words are all smashed to the left. The other time was on grooveshark. When I refreshed/reloaded everything disappeared and now when I go to that website it shows no music just about 3 words pushed to the left.
