Can't print out my e-mail.
Windows 7; FoxFire my new web browser; My-Yahoo is my web page; I have a HP Officejet 6500 E709n Series printer; Arriving e-mails to my address @ Yahoo.com will not print. This is my main e-mail address for our non-profit. Check us out at www.JobsShelters,org
At my other e-mail address, gotsky.com, I receive e-mail and can print it.

Did you previously use Firefox 3.6 with your Yahoo account, and did that print normally?
For best results, always use the Print button to generate a print-formatted page (opens in a pop-up window).
I'm brand new to Firefox. And yes I do use the pop-up window "print" to print when I have the ability to print. I need that ability to print again.
What is step #2?

OK OK, it now works. After going through the steps RE my printer protocol, and shutting down both printer and computer, over night, it now prints my e-mails.
Whatever ?????? Works OK now.
