Hi,

I was using Firefox 3.6.10 (reverted back to it after being very disappointed with 4). Upgraded to 3.6.17 and then the back/forward buttons stopped working, i.e., they stay pale all the time, regardless of the pages I move between. When right clicking on them, the actual history shows up. Uninstalled 3.6.17 and reinstalled 3.6.10, but now the problem appears in 3.6.10. Please advise me how to fix it. Thanks!

Start Firefox in Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode to check if one of the extensions is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox (Tools) > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes).

Hi cor-el,

Thank you very much for the suggestion! Switching back to the default theme indeed solved the problem! The interesting thing is that I used a different theme for some time without any problem. But somehow upgrading to 3.6.17 corrupted something.

Thanks!
