If you mean the Vuze toolbar, try their forum http://forum.vuze.com/thread.jspa?messageID=185472 and you will see the uninstall discussions. From what I can see Vuze is where you got it and it is the ASK toolbar. Checkout these forums an you will see many answers to your problem.
