I know there is an add-on or plugin which prevents the building up of the browser history. Laso it prevents teh filling in when you start to type (or that is one off the results). Would you know the name of this add-on and could you mail me the link?

Sorry, not running 5 any more and I don't remember if 5 had this or not, but in 6 you can go to Tools>Options>Privacy to set options for both history and the location bar. That isn't an extension, it's functionality built directly into the browser.
