Crash Report ID 55b8e28f-5997-4618-9da0-5d0012111020

Crash Signature: mozcomp.dll@0xadb6

This is likely to be a problem seen when certain Oracle or IBM software is in use , see for instance /questions/883223#answer-256335 ensure your Oracle software is up-to-date as they were working on a fix. Otherwise there is a registry hack as a workaround, but if you are in a corporate environment you may need to consult your IT department about that (see https://bug680927.bugzilla.mozilla.org/attachment.cgi?id=563484 ) { Bug 680927 Startup crash in mozcomp.dll with Oracle Enterprise, F5 Networks, Passlogix V-GO, IBM Tivoli Access Manager SSO )

Firefox developers will also be working towards possible solutions.

Alternatively consider downgrading to firefox 3.6

Are you able to confirm you use such software. (If you do not have to use such software try disabling it or even uninstalling it and see if the crashing stops)

Please post back with how you get on.
