My firefox will not start. I get a message it crashed and all I can do is submit info to Mozilla. restart or quit. I have uninstalled and deleted what profile I can find but to no avail. I just went through a Laptop refresh and what ever is causing the crash must have copied over because new laptop is doing same thing,

I have nothing to save so all I need to do is remove mozilla and all personal files so that I can start with a new reload of the software.

My reading leads me to believe I have some corrupted file somewhere that is causing the issue but I delted all my personal infomation I was aware of and it still crashes on startup.

No access to safe mode as it fails at startup also.

See this bug report that is attached to the crash report.

  • bug 680927 NEW Startup crash in mozcomp.dll with Oracle Enterprise, F5 Networks, Passlogix V-GO, IBM Tivoli Access Manager SSO

Interesting. If I shutdown my Passlogic V-Go SSO program the browser will start and run.

We've made no changes that I know of to Pass-logic. If I start up the pass logic after browser is up it will crash the next time I try to change pages on the browser.

So my failure matches the noted software issues in the bug report.

Looking forward to the fix being
