I downloaded a video from a website. My downloads shows it was downloaded by the title and that it is a mp4 file. Upon completing the download it said Windows Media Player would be used to play it. I am trying to go back into the video and play it again, but I cannot find it in the library (I have Windows 7 64bit Home) and when I search for Windows Media Player, the search finds no results. I cannot click on it in the downloads file and play it either. Where is it and how do I access it?

The "open containing folder" was greyed-out. I reinstalled/updated Windows Media Player and redownloaded the file and it is in "my videos" now.

Is that file still showing in the Downloads window? { Ctrl + J }

If so, right-click that file and select Open Containing Folder.
If that menu item is greyed-out for that file, it wasn't saved by Firefox and that file is in the Windows Temporary Internet files. Windows caches WMP files, they are not saved in the Firefox cache.
