I want to sync my office laptop with my home laptop. The directions ask for the recovery key . When I go to Firefox>Preferences>Sync, I am supposed to choose Manage Account, but that is not an option provided.

Hi!

You should create an account in one of the computers and follow those steps in that one to get the recovery key. If you don't have "Manager Account" that means that you haven't set Sync in that computer yet.

I have entered the account name and password on both computers. Both are MacBook Pro laptops running 10.7.3. I have gone through the set up sync steps many times and typed in those 12 letters many times, but I can never see "Manager Account" or the Recovery key.
