You seem to have already identified the problem is apprently due to use of an Amazon toolbar: 

The crash does not occur in safe mode, or in a profile with no addons.I've determined by process of elimination that the Amazon Toolbar was the cause.

Others may be interested in what it is you have installed that seems to cause the problem. See also
