I have Windows 7 on a new laptop. I can access my bank website but I'm being blocked from viewing and printing my bank statement regardless of browser.

I have a new laptop with Windows 7. On any browser I have NO problem accessing my bank website, checking balances and paying bills; however, when I try to view and/or print my monthly statement I get a message stating that I'm being blocked for security reasons. I also have a desktop I run with Windows XL home edition and no such problem ever existed and I never had to make any adjustment on the desktop to see my statement. It just works. How do I get the laptop to allow printing my bank statement. I'm pretty close to computer illiterate, so not too technical if possible. thanks

So this happens with any browser? I would first try checking the time and date on your computer. If that doesn't work, try contacting the bank.
