Channel 4od will not play and firefox crashes!
I'm running firefox 14.0.1 on Windows 7 64 bit, every time I try to play video from the website channel 4od firefox freezes. I have made sure that adobe flash and flash plugin are upto date to no avail. Can anybody help. Thanks.

You can check for problems caused by a recent Flash 11.3 update and possibly downgrade to Flash 11.2 or 10.3.
I folloed the instructions and uninstalled the latest adobe flash but I cannot get the earlier versions to install.... I get half way and I am told to close firefox but it is not open. Any ideas?

Did you try to reboot the computer?
You can try to boot the computer in Windows Safe mode with network support (press F8 on the boot screen) as a test to see if that works.
Thanks for your reply... I tried rebooting and playing video on 4od in safe mode with networking... to no avail. I think there is a bug with firefox 14.0.1. 4od works perfectly with internet explorer and google chrome, Any other ideas.
