Yahoo Mail - When I view a sent mail, text is missing or cut off from my original email. I tried with Google Chrome viewing my emails, it's fine. Why?
Only happens viewing Yahoo! Mail with Firefox
This is what happens:
Using Firefox, I write an email and then send it out. Then I went to my "Sent" box and then view the email I have written. It shows missing (cut off) text from my original mail, leaving about 50% of my original text left. I try to confirm this by forwarding that sent mail to myself and then it shows a half cut-off message same as I saw in the "sent" box.
However, when I log into my Yahoo! Mail by using Google Chrome and IE, this problem does not happen. The emails remain in their original state.
So I try to contact Yahoo! Mail and they told me it's a problem with my browser which is Firefox. They asked me to disable all extensions and plugins and retry again.
But the same thing is still happening in Firefox. My emails get cut off at the same place with no improvements.
So they asked me to reinstall Firefox which I did but nothing helped!
Anyone who can help me, I will really appreciate it. This is because everyday I use Firefox and Yahoo!Mail regularly. I usually have work to do using my Yahoo!Mail and I often have to forward my old written emails to others and if text is missing, I will be able to know what to edit to send out. Maybe the recipient has received the cut off text email at times, and sometimes they might get the original text email.
So if this problem is not solved, I can't work properly. Please help!

Try first to Clear your cache from : Tools > Options > Advanced > Network, Clear Now button.
if the above is not helpful, create a new profile and check it again.
if you create the new profile see: Recovering information from an old profile
thank you
I have tried the first option (that is what yahoo support asked me to do.
But to no avail.
Can someone suggest another solution? It is happenign to my friend on Hotmail also on Firefox but not in other browsers such as Chrome or IE.
I see that you've created a new thread about the same problem, so I'm gonna lock this thread to avoid confusion.
