Suddenly every time I close a browser window it brings up another window that I have minimized, how do I STOP THIS?

I often have several browser windows minimized, and suddenly when I close one, one of my other minimized windows pops up rather than just staying minimized. It's driving me crazy, I don't know how it happened and cannot find an option for that behavior.

I think it was occur by the program missing file... So please reinstall the browser...

Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions (Firefox/Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Appearance).

  • Do NOT click the Reset button on the Safe Mode start window or otherwise make changes.
