Booksmarks don't work right. Goes to a dialogue box instead of BMs then have to click from IE.

Have been emailing Fredmcd, but he has disappeared. When I click on Bookmarks goes to a dialogue box instead of actually bookmarks. Then I have to click on 'from Internet explorer." I have done 3 uninstalls 2 without personal settings, did a reset issue stays the same. very annoying. See from above FF has a LOT of dialogue box issues. Would seem this is a design issue can't get rid of. Please advise. HP says its a FF27 issue. I have Windows 8.1 which seems to have lot of compatibility issues with FF27! I have a screen shot of this issue.
