I have (finally) updated to a Win7 computer, and want to know where I should move my profile to. On XP I have found two folders, one is in App Data, the other in Local settings/App Data. Do I move both, or which one? I have not yet installed T'Bird on the new machine, until I am ready to migrate.

Yes, but where do I need to move files to? Do I let T'Bird create a new blank profile & then overwrite? Also which files/folders do I move?

You can overwrite your current profile, but i think is better you create a new one and overwrite this.
