why cant i get emails from one of my senders

I send and receive emails with out any problems, I have one person who always gets a message warning which says DELIVERY STATUS NOTIFICATION (DELAY) And I never get the emails, I can send to her ok but she can not send to me. other than that the emails work fine,, can anyone help with this please
