I am running 10 tablets on firefox. I use to have version 30 which was great! After the updates I have been having issues every time. One of the things that keeps happening is when I generate an e mail on a particular website I keep getting a 404 error message even when there is a strong internet connection. The website I am running is for our transit company and it is web based nlt software based, it seems like since I did this new update things have been worst. Can I go back to version 30 or 31 om my samsung tab 10.1 since that is the best browser?

Hi David,

Glad you're enjoying Firefox.

A 404 error generally indicates a problem with the website itself, not a problem with Firefox. So it would be worh talking to the website owner - there might be an issue with their website that they're not aware of.

Could you please let us know the URL?

Thanks,

Jayelbe

The issue only happens on my samsung tablets and from what I found it happens on both chrome and firefox. the url is http://www.shahsoftware-transmgr.com/driver/GenericErrorPage.htm?aspxerrorpath=/driver/frm_Preinspection.aspx

That's very odd, but definitely sounds like an issue with the website itself. Perhaps there is somebody who supports or maintains the NLT software who can help you?

Sorry there isn't anything further we can do.
