Thunderbird is Down loading the same one e mail over and over again, how do I clear it? I want to receive mail again. It is obviously backing up. 225 at the last check. I can send ok. Thanks for any help.

Go to your providers webmail page and delete the problem email or move it out of the Inbox and into another folder. This should let the other messages load.
