No option to forward emails. Reply already given does not work for me.
I tried someone's solution for this problem: click on empty area in header, choose "Customize", pick "Forward", move this to header (or top toolbar). It then appeared up there, but not in the options for replying to emails. It does nothing when I click on it.

Select an email, so it displays the email headers in the Message Pane. click on empty area in header, choose "Customize" click on 'Restore default set' button Click on 'Done'
