Command D, does not work. From Top Menu: Bookmarks/Delete, but nothing happens. I have no Gear Icon to follow the alternate method to Delete a Bookmark. It is a very old Bookmark that was Imported from Safari when I set up Firefox.

To delete a bookmark from the Bookmarks Manager, right click and select Delete.

If the Places Maintenance extension can't repair the places.sqlite database file then remove all places.sqlite file(s) in the Firefox profile folder to make Firefox rebuild the places.sqlite database file from the most recent JSON backup in the bookmarkbackups folder.
