Hello I ve a problem with thunderbird I lost all the email in the email main folder incoming email in my PC I see the email in the incoming email but there is not content

I see that the other email that are moved to other folders are ok


I ve the same account set on Iphone and 3 days ago I cancel all the email (that I ve received and download from PC) how can I recovery the text email in incoming email in PC
