Using the 'browserAction.setBadgeText' API method with a text that has a plus character in it won't display the plus character. I've tried using the minus sign and it displays just fine. The plus sign won't be displayed.

Please : https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/export-firefox-bookmarks-to-backup-or-transfer and https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/back-and-restore-information-firefox-profiles then https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/refresh-firefox-reset-add-ons-and-settings TEST....... If no issues then Extensions which need to be added back in 1 at a time and tested ..... Yes, it still happens in Firefox 57.0. The attached images show how it looks like with a plus sign in it and with a minus sign in it.
