Hi I want to setup a different signature that is simpler for replies, instead of my full outgoing signature, used for new emails. E.g. Regards Richard. However I cannot find an option for a separate reply signature.

There's plenty of addons for signatures: Stationery, Signature switch, Smart template 4 and so on.
